When you connect your social media accounts to Health Agent Platform, we access the following data via the Meta (Facebook/Instagram) API:
- Instagram Business account profile information including username, profile picture, bio and follower count
- Instagram Business account media and posts
- Facebook Pages you manage including page name, category and engagement data
- Facebook Business account information
- Facebook Ad account information
Section 3 — How We Use Your Data
We use this data solely to:
- Publish photo and video content to your Instagram Business account and Facebook Page on your behalf
- Read your existing content and account insights to inform content strategy
- Manage and schedule posts as instructed by you
We do not sell, rent or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.
Section 4 — How We Store Your Data
- Access tokens (credentials that allow us to post on your behalf) are stored securely using encrypted storage
- We retain your data only for as long as you are an active client of Aldridge Digital Health
- You can request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us

You have the right to:
- Revoke access to your Instagram and Facebook accounts at any time through your Facebook Settings → Apps and Websites
- Request a copy of the data we hold about you
- Request deletion of your data
- Withdraw consent at any time
Section 6 — Third Party Services
Health Agent Platform uses the following third party services:
- Meta (Facebook/Instagram) — for social media account access and publishing via the Instagram Graph API
- Anthropic Claude — for AI-generated caption writing
- Canva — for branded graphic creation
